That being written, I got a phone call from Tricia on the evening of Oct. 15. Tricia works for Community Banks of Colorado out of Telluride. She said she was aware of my letter to Pine River Times.

Nonetheless, Tricia got me in a conference call with Darren and Joe, who were both with Community Banks of Colorado out of Kansas City. That still doesn’t make much sense to me.

I will say that during the near two-hour call and computer exchanges, I enjoyed my conversations with the three, and by the end of the evening those folks, who were just as baffled as me, got it figured out, and I gained on-line access to my bank account.

It shouldn’t have been that hard…but those folks were fun and customer sympathetic. We laughed a lot.
