The challenge for these students is to create messaging to their peers about how to make better decisions while behind the wheel. The Teen High School Drive Safe Challenge is a new program that encourages the students to design safety campaigns that address the program’s four objectives.
These objectives include; increasing seat belt usage among teens, decreasing impaired driving, reducing distracted driving and creating an educational awareness campaign on Colorado’s Graduated Driver’s License laws.
SWRETAC’s Drive Safe Coalition would like to thank the students in their efforts to promote driver safety within their community. Thank you.
