Town recognizes Bayfield Marshal’s Office

Bayfield Mayor Matt Salka recognized Marshal Joe McIntyre at the May 3 town board meeting for receiving his certification from the Colorado Chiefs of Police Association. In turn, McIntyre cited Deputy Chris Tonge who had just finished 40 hours of Crisis Intervention Team training. The Crisis Intervention Team also named Deputy Derick Campbell of Bayfield its Officer of the Year.
