As announced by the Governor of Arizona, there was mention of a past scandal in Charlie Keating IV’s family, but I guess that is the way of political people in America. How classless of the Arizona governor’s office to even mention an incident in which Keating was never even involved in or associated with. He served our country, gave his life for us and we owe him our gratitude instead of branding him with a scandal.

The president does not attend funerals of dignitaries such as Supreme Court Justice Scalia, first lady Nancy Reagan and others. Instead, he is off playing golf or attending baseball games in Cuba. I feel sad for our country; the political system no longer stands for the people who elected the politicians in office. It is time for some changes in Washington.

As a veteran, I hope other veterans will express their prayers and condolences to the Keating family. May Navy SEAL Charlie Keating IV rest in peace, and God bless America.
