It’s not very often Durango gets a fashion show, especially not one that features clothes made from primarily raw, unconventional materials: Think cement tools, automotive parts, cat food bags, a pool cover and a treadmill belt.
This is what you can expect at the Fashion Fusion deconstructed fashion show that will be held Wednesday night in the Fort Lewis College Ballroom.
A fundraiser for the Durango Arts Center, and an event to highlight local businesses, Fashion Fusion features designs from local businesses that work with the “deconstructed” theme by using materials that reflect their industries.
