Crews will clean from 13th Street to the wastewater treatment center at Santa Rita Park. Work is expected to last two weeks.

Roads will be open during cleaning. Motorists and pedestrians may experience vehicle-engine noise from the “jet-rodding” technique used to clear the mainlines and odor from the removal of grease, detergents and other buildup in the sewer system.

The sewer service for the affected buildings will be maintained during the cleaning process.
