LPEA hires electronic technician

Kibel will help protect the automated SCADA relaying system, via computer and in the field, to ensure reliability of the local electricity grid. Kibel attended San Juan College to secure his technical expertise, and worked as instrumentation controls electrician at the Public Service Co. of New Mexico San Juan Generating Station.
