Registration for sponsors and amateur grilling teams is now open. There is no cost to compete, though teams are responsible for supplying their own grills and food.
Food will be judged by a panel and attendees will vote for their favorite dish. Teams are encouraged to dress up in costumes and decorate their booth to compete for the best-theme prize.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door; cost for children 5-12 is $10 and children younger than 5 are free.
