The event includes a chili supper, freethrow contest, a knockout contest, and showing of the movie Moana. There also will be Knocker Ball, which is kind of giant sized inflatable soccer with humans inside.

Tickets are $7 in advance and are available at the rec center or by calling Lisa Olguin at 563-2654. Tickets are $10 at the door.

All proceeds will be donated to the Bulwans, who were staying at a vacation rental in Mexico on New Year’s Eve when it exploded, and the second floor collapsed on them. They were transported to a hospital in Phoenix and have been recovering there.

The couple lives between Bayfield and Ignacio and have three grown children.
