The annual event, sponsored by Bayfield Parks and Recreation, also featured a bouncy house, snacks, cookies and cocoa; and face painting and craft stations. Canned goods were collected for the Bayfield Food Bank. A toy and gift give-away concluded the evening.
St. Nicholas will be at Saturday’s Breakfast with Santa, a fundraiser for the Bayfield Early Education Program. It starts at 8 a.m. at Bayfield Elementary School.
Later that day, he will divide his time between Christmas at Vallecito and Lewis True-Value Mercantile, where he will visit with kids from 1 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 10 and 17.
