‘To Make the Best Better” is the 4-H slogan, and also it is what J. Paul Brown lives by, whether it be family, business, community, church, county, state or nation.
He has always been a worker at whatever he does.
His accomplishments are many, but at the present, saving water for our state of Colorado and repairing our roads and infrastructure are important to him and the state.
