At mock trial, Animas High School students to explore World War II case

Ashley Carruth’s 11th-grade humanities class will re-enact Korematsu v. U.S. (1944) about the use of Japanese internment camps during World War II. The decision before the students is this: Were Executive Order 9066 and the subsequent civilian exclusion orders constitutional?
