A school district spokeswoman said there were no serious injuries in Wednesday morning’s accident.
Officials said the crash happened south of Brighton and involved only the 27J School District bus, which was taking students to Prairie View High School.
District spokeswoman Tracy Rudnick said the bus was about five minutes away from dropping the students off at school when the crash occurred. She said the students and adults were taken to two Denver-area hospitals with injuries she described as “not serious.”
The crash is under investigation.
