We could save that money and use lights and a crosswalk hump until a better location is worked-out.

There is more trail traffic in other places that could use improvements. Like others have mentioned, let’s extend the River Trail toward Three Springs.

Consider putting some of that money toward a beach at Lake Nighthorse with an inflatable obstacle course. No lifeguards necessary. Parents should have to be present for minors.
