Lisa Parker’s Puppies, a nonprofit, foster-based dog and puppy rescue, will throw its biggest fundraiser of the year with its Paws For Celebration, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Wild Horse Saloon, 601 East Second Ave. The evening will include music by the Lisa Blue Trio, a silent auction and food will be provided. There will also be drinks available for purchase at the bar. Parker launched the rescue in 2014. Tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
