Results of board of director elections will be announced.
Registration will begin at 5 p.m., with the business meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature complementary appetizers from Kennebec Café, along with entertainment by bluegrass band The Stillhouse Junkies.
CEO Mike Dreyspring and several others will provide reports about co-op activity. Members will have an opportunity to ask board members questions.
The meeting is free and open to all LPEA members. Members who register at the meeting will receive a $5 credit on their electric bill and will be eligible for door prizes and giveaways.
