Rain moves into Southwest Colorado

Rain moves into the Durango area Thursday. A winter storm warning, calling for 8 to 16 inches of snow above 9,000 feet in the southwestern San Juan Mountains, is in effect until 6 a.m. Friday. The National Weather Service forecasts rainshowers for lower elevations in La Plata and Montezuma counties through Monday.
