Durango Fire Protection District and the Durango Police Department responded to a small brush fire about 2 p.m. Monday near the Durango Housing complex near the intersection of Arroyo Drive and North Glenisle Avenue. Fire Marshal Karola Hanks said the fire was contained to about a quarter-acre. The cause remains under investigation.
