Elder also placed third in the 200-meter dash, and freshman Sydney Smith placed third in the high jump (4 feet, 5 inches) and seventh in the 100-meter dash (14.59).<\/p>\n<p>Brenn Jeter rounded out members of the girls\u2019 team who cracked the Top 10 in individual event with an eighth-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles (20.28), and a ninth-place finish in the triple jump (26 feet, 7\u00bd inches).<\/p>\n<p>The Dolores girls finished third as a team with 56 points. Monte Vista placed second with 58 points, and Pagosa Springs finished first overall in the 14-team meet with 102 points.<\/p>\n<p>On the boys\u2019 side, Dolores was led by Aiden Adams, who placed second in the 100-meter dash (12.03), fifth in the 200-meter dash (24.66), and seventh in the 400-meter dash (57.89).<\/p>\n<p>Phillip Huffman led Dolores distance runners with a second-place finish in the 1600-meter run (4:58.81) and a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:17.72), while Camden Malloy led his team\u2019s hurdlers with a  third-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles (19.68) and a fourth-place finish in the 300-meter hurdles (47.98).<\/p>\n<p>Huffman also finished fourth in the high jump (5 feet, 5 inches) for the Dolores boys\u2019 team, which placed sixth overall.
