The public is invited.<\/p>\n<p>The two-story building will house 41 people on the ground floor as well as Day Labor and office space. The second story will house up to 24 formerly homeless people in one- or two-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis facility will be the first of its kind in the state of Colorado,\u201d Deb Keel, of The Bridge\u2019s communications committee, said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>The Bridge also announced that construction costs have increased.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will be kicking off another capital campaign to fund final construction,\u201d Keel said. \u201cWe have received a challenge grant of $40,000 and invite you to join us in matching this challenge to complete construction that will meet the needs of so many in our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To contribute, contact Laurie Knutson, executive director at The Bridge, at P.O.
