Thursday, Aug. 30<\/em><\/p>\n

3:44 a.m.<\/em>: Two men were arrested for shoplifting beer at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. They were medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

2:13 p.m.<\/em>: A man reported the theft of a Harley-Davidson carburetor cover in the 400 block of S. Cedar St. An officer said he\u2019d recommend additional patrols in the area.<\/p>\n

2:30 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested on a warrant outside City Market, 508 E. Main St.<\/p>\n

6:57 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was cited for stealing a speaker from AT&T, 215 S. Sligo St., valued at $74.96.<\/p>\n

9:24 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested a warrant in the 10 block of S. Harrison St. after an unfounded report of a disturbance at Cork and Bottle liquor store.<\/p>\n

10:04 p.m.<\/em>: Two officers arrested a man on suspicion of second- and third-degree assault and resisting arrest after finding him lying in City Park, 802 E. Main St. One officer warned the other that the suspect was a known spitter, and as they attempted to arrest him, he spit on and kicked the officers. He was wrestled to the ground, carried to a patrol car, medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital for intoxication, then jailed.<\/p>\n

Friday, Aug. 31<\/em><\/p>\n

1:11 p.m.<\/em>: A driver was arrested near E. Main St. and Mildred Road on suspicion of DUI, participating in a speed contest and prohibited use of a weapon found in his truck.<\/p>\n

8:12 a.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespass after attempting to push an employee\u2019s SUV out of the Cortez Middle School parking lot in the 400 block of W. Second St.<\/p>\n

12:29 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was cited after a reported dog bite in the 500 block of S. Madison St.<\/p>\n

12:13 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested for violating alcohol-related bond conditions in City Park, 802 E. Main St., medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

1:37 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St.<\/p>\n

5:09 p.m.<\/em>: A man was served a warrant at City Park, 802 E. Main St., and cited for violating an alcohol-related protection order.<\/p>\n

9:16 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI \u2013 at least his fourth \u2013 expired registration and no proof of insurance in the 600 block of S. Broadway.<\/p>\n

Saturday, Sept. 1<\/em><\/p>\n

12:25 a.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested in the 100 block of N. Park St. for violating alcohol-related bond conditions and being intoxicated in a roadway, medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

1:42 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI \u2013 her fourth \u2013 weaving, and driving with a revoked license in the 2500 block of South Broadway.<\/p>\n

8:21 a.m.<\/em>: A man reported the theft of a 12-foot boat and trailer in the 1700 block of Aldridge Road.<\/p>\n

12:07 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on two warrants in City Park, 802 E. Main St., and a woman was cited for possessing alcohol in a park.<\/p>\n

12:37 p.m.<\/em>: A man was cited for possessing alcohol in City Park, 802 E. Main St., and was medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

3:24 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested at City Market, 508 E. Main St., on suspicion of shoplifting three bags of potato chips, two teas and two 30-packs of Keystone Light beer, worth a total of $64.23. He was medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

Sunday, Sept. 2<\/em><\/p>\n

2:30 a.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested in the 300 block of Pinon Drive on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, and stop-sign and turning-signal violations. He was medically cleared at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

2:21 a.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested near N. Linden and W. Main streets on suspicion of DUI \u2013 her third arrest \u2013 and stop-sign and turn-signal violations.<\/p>\n

4:22 p.m.<\/em>: A man was cited with trespassing at City Market, 508 E. Main St., medically cleared for intoxication at Southwest Memorial Hospital, then jailed.<\/p>\n

11:55 p.m.<\/em>: A motorcyclist was cited for speeding, DUI and operating an uninsured vehicle on North Broadway.<\/p>\n

Monday, Sept. 3<\/em><\/p>\n

2:22 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested in the 300 block of South Broadway, and a woman was arrested on suspicion of harboring a fugitive.<\/p>\n

6:09 p.m.<\/em>: A woman was arrested in City Park, 803 E. Montezuma Ave., on a warrant and on suspicion of third-degree assault after allegedly beating a man with another man\u2019s cane. She stated that the victim was the last person on her revenge list.<\/p>\n

9:20 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested in the 10 block of N. Market St. on a warrant from Durango.<\/p>\n

10:43 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence after an altercation with his wife in the 700 block of W. Seventh St. The couple\u2019s child was present.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, Sept. 4<\/em><\/p>\n

9:52 a.m.<\/em>: A man reported that fog lights and an LED strip were stolen from his vehicle, parked overnight at Keesee Motors, 111 S. Broadway.<\/p>\n

12:38 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on two warrants at Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St.<\/p>\n

4:41 p.m.<\/em>: A man was served two warrants at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.<\/p>\n

10:31 p.m.<\/em>: A suspect in a bicycle theft was arrested in Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., after two witnesses chased him on foot and identified him for police.<\/p>\n
