The High Desert Conservation District will host a \u201cDrones and Agriculture\u201d seminar on Oct. 9, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Colorado State University Southwest Research Center, 16910 Road Z, Yellow Jacket.<\/p>\n

There will be aerial drone demonstrations and presentations on practical farm and ranch uses, including for inspecting sprinklers, crop production, and fertility and irrigation efficiency.<\/p>\n

See drones in action using infrared sensors and digital imaging for advanced monitoring and precision agriculture. Information on flying legalities and drone technology will also be presented.<\/p>\n
