FEI\u2019s services also include water conservation, resource planning and wastewater treatment and conveyance.<\/p>\n<p>Both Alan Plummer Associates and FEI represent municipalities, water districts, wastewater utilities, government and private companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith aridification of the Western U.S., water utilities and municipalities need creative thinking on water supply, infrastructure, conservation and reuse. We\u2019re positioned to provide engineered solutions for water providers to maximize water efficiencies,\u201d Young said.<\/p>\n<p>The combined staff will bring Alan Plummer Associates to about 150 employees. The company\u2019s 2018 revenues were $23 million.<\/p>\n<p>Alan Plummer currently has six offices in Texas and Oklahoma.<\/p>\n<p>With annual revenues of $2.2 million, FEI Engineers will retain its staff and offices in Denver and Durango. Patrick O\u2019Brien, president and principal at FEI Engineers in the Durango office, will become the area leader of Alan Plummer Associates\u2019 Mountain West Area.<\/p>\n<p>FEI had eight employees in Denver and six in Durango.
