Welcome to the Neighborhood!\u201d \u2013 provides resources for care providers and targets children ages 0-6 years old. It is free.<\/p>\n<p>The library invites family, friend and neighbor providers to an open house on Feb. 9, from 11 to 1 p.m. The library will hand out reading kits and serve refreshments, children\u2019s librarian Laura McHenry said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/buellfoundation.org\/about-us\/our-mission-values\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Buell Foundation<\/a> is a philanthropic organization that supports the development of children through grants and partnerships. It is based in Denver.<\/p>\n<p>The library is at 202 N.
