Raven Narratives storytellers take the stage Feb. 8 at the Durango Arts Center, 802 E. Second Ave., and Feb. 15 at the Sunflower Theatre in Cortez, 8 E. Main St.<\/span>The Journal file<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Two Raven Narratives Live Storytelling Events in February will feature eight storytellers from Montezuma and La Plata counties telling stories from their lives with the theme of \u201cLove.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stories must true, relate meaningfully to the theme, be 10 minutes or less, and be told without notes or rants or raves.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is also an opportunity for a Cracker Jack\/Jane Storyteller from the audience to tell his\/her story of love off the cuff,\u201d co-producer Sarah Syverson said in a press release.<\/p>\n

Storytellers take the stage Feb. 8 at the Durango Arts Center, 802 E. Second Ave., and Feb. 15 at the Sunflower Theatre in Cortez, 8 E. Main St.<\/p>\n
