Search teams and family members are looking for Arnold Dean House, a Towaoc man who has been missing since Dec. 24.<\/p>\n

House, 49, is often seen walking or hitchhiking along U.S. Highway 491 between Towaoc and Cortez. He also frequents the area of Woody\u2019s Food Store north of Towaoc, on U.S. 491.<\/p>\n

When last seen in Cortez, House was wearing camouflage pants, a dark-blue T-shirt, a heavy dark-gray coat and dark-blue tennis shoes. House has a scar on the left side of his chin and is missing two front teeth.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have been looking for him for weeks,\u201d said John Trocheck, Ute Mountain Ute public safety director. \u201cThe community and family are very concerned.\u201d<\/p>\n

Organized search efforts are continuing, he said.<\/p>\n

House works as a day laborer, Trocheck said.<\/p>\n
