Median sales prices also declined.<\/p>\n<p>Listings for townhouses and condominiums-condo increased, although none were sold.<\/p>\n<p>New listings for the county\u2019s single-family homes dropped from 39 in January 2018 to 31 last month, accounting for a 20.5 percent decrease. Sold single-family homes saw a 24.1 percent decrease, with 29 sold in January 2018 and 22 in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The median sales price also went down, listed at $250,000 in January 2018 and at $222,000 this year, for an 11.2 percent decrease.<\/p>\n<p>This year had more new townhouse-condo listings, according to the association. There was only one townhouse-condo listing in January 2018, and four in January 2019, for a 300 percent increase. However, while last year\u2019s one townhouse-condo listing sold for $177,000, none of the four on the market this January were sold, according to the data.<\/p>\n<p>Both medians in the county were lower than the statewide numbers.
