Proceeds go into a scholarship fund for local students.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration then kicks up a notch with the announcement of Business and Citizen of the Year Awards for 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJoin us in honoring the folks who hold Dolores in their hearts,\u201d said Dolores Chamber director Rocky Moss.<\/p>\n<p>Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.
