Park St.<\/p>\n<p>Smart Recovery is a science-based program to help people manage recovery from any addictive behavior. The four-point program includes building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts, feeling and behaviors and living a balanced life.<\/p>\n<p>Classes are free and open to all ages.
