Steve Reiter with the Sheriff\u2019s Office said no one has been arrested in the shooting, but one man was taken to La Plata County Jail on Detox refusal hold and was released after he was sober.<\/p>\n<p>Several people were present during the shooting, and the two principals in the shooting were both adult men, he said.
