Scott Tipton to sponsor a private immigration bill.<\/span><span class=\"credit\">The Journal file<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>Rosa Sabido and the Rosa Belongs Here movement are launching the 1,000 Days in Sanctuary Campaign next week, as they aim to gather signatures for a petition to U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rosabelongshere.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">campaign<\/a> is asking Tipton to consider sponsoring a private immigration bill for Sabido to gain lawful permanent residency.
