Police said Cibrian then ran out the east exit of the courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>Durango police and Sheriff\u2019s Office deputies were alerted, and Cibrian was caught about 30 minutes later, Burke said, near the intersection of East Fifth Avenue and 10th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Cibrian told authorities he was injured climbing over a fence and he was cold.
