Driscoll St.<\/p>\n<p>2:11 p.m. A man was cited with reckless driving, failing to register his vehicle, and failure to provide proof of insurance in the 18000 block of Colorado Highway 145 in Dolores.<\/p>\n<p>12:39 p.m. A deputy took a report for contraband that was suspected to have been smuggled into the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E.
