Topics include: food safety; safe-food handling; cross-contamination and cross-contact of food allergens; temperature control for safe food preparation, storage, transport and sales; ingredient labeling; disclaimer requirements; and business specifics and expectations for selling backyard eggs and food items produced in a home kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The cost is $30, and each participant will receive a certificate at the end of the class.<\/p>\n<p>Registration deadline is April 6.
