They will be required to serve 12 months of probation.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, Flodina Gallegos was handed a 10-day jail sentence in connection with a first DUI offense. She also will be required to complete 48 hours of public service and pay a $300 fine.<\/p>\n<p>Lakota Rabbit was granted a deferred judgment in connection with a first DUI offense. She will be required to serve 12 months of probation and complete 48 hours of public service.<\/p>\n<p>Also Tuesday, Raynell Paredes was ordered to pay a $750 fine and $1,089 in restitution in connection with dog running at large and ownership of a dangerous dog offenses. Paredes\u2019 dog injured a neighbor\u2019s dog, according to prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>Lawrence also told Paredes that she would have to comply with a strict set of requirements in order to keep the dog, a brown pit bull. Paredes could choose to comply with the requirements or put the dog down, Lawrence said.<\/p>\n<p>Paredes will have to confine the dog at all times, and the dog must be on a leash and muzzled when it is not being confined.
