From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., drivers can expect traffic shifts and slowing, with a single lane in each direction being maintained during work hours. There will be occasional traffic stops for equipment or traffic control transitions.<\/p>\n<p>All business access will remain open but access may be temporarily altered. Please note, once after the first asphalt overlay, a second layer will be applied.
