The Gromet race for 4-to 5-year-olds scheduled for July 3 has been canceled.<\/p>\n<p>For adults (ages 15 and up) there are two categories. The recreational sprint is a 500-meter swim, 12-mile bike, and 3-mile run. The competitive sprint is a 500-meter swim, 16-mile bike and 4-mile run.
