He will be sentenced Sept. 19 after undergoing a sexual offender and substance-abuse evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>La Plata County Judge Martha Minot said Tsosie will remain in custody, but he can file a petition to re-argue his bond, which is currently set at $7,500.<\/p>\n<p>According to police reports, Tsosie looked over a bathroom stall on at least two occasions while a 9-year-old girl used the bathroom at the welcome center, which is on the corner of Eighth Street and Main Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The girl ran out of the bathroom screaming, and when her father went to confront Tsosie, he was masturbating in the women\u2019s bathroom, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>Tsosie tried to leave, but the girl\u2019s father prevented his escape until law enforcement arrived.
