Winds will be out of the southwest, with expected gusts up to 35 mph.<\/p>\n<p>In Cortez, there\u2019s a 90 percent chance of rain on Monday, with a high temperature of 46 degrees and an overnight low of 31. Winds are expected to be 5-15 mph, with gusts reaching 25 mph.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, there\u2019s a 50 percent chance of light snowfall before 11 a.m., then a light chance of rain.
