Steve Reiter with the Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Someone called 911 around 8 p.m. to report a man shooting at people in the home. Deputies confirmed that shots were fired, but no one was injured. They are investigating if Ottenbacher was attempting to hurt someone.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement officers evacuated two adults from the home shortly after they arrived. \u201cWe had numerous officers on scene,\u201d Reiter said.<\/p>\n<p>Ottenbacher\u2019s two small children remained in the house with him.<\/p>\n<p>Negotiations with Ottenbacher lasted for about five hours, Reiter said.
