The Alzheimer\u2019s Association\u2019s annual Walk to End Alzheimer\u2019s is at 9 a.m. Sept. 14 at Cortez City Park. Registration will begin at 8 a.m.<\/p>\n
The walk will be fun for the whole family and will help find a cure for a disease that affects the whole family.<\/p>\n
For those who are unable to participate in the walk, join the community for a barbecue lunch, fun and games starting at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n
Entertainment will be provided by Belly Dancers and Vanishing Breed. Face painting, games and prizes will also be available.<\/p>\n
The walk will support research and the Southwest Colorado Alzheimer\u2019s Association office that serves the nine counties in Southwest Colorado.<\/p>\n
