Cummins, 33, was stopped on suspicion of drunken driving after he was seen weaving in the 2900 block of Main Avenue, Cmdr. Ray Shupe, a spokesman for the department, wrote in an email to <em>The Durango Herald<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cummins of Farmington was in town for Snowdown.
