The groups are facilitated by volunteers who are screened, trained and supervised by the Alzheimer\u2019s Association. Support Groups are a safe place to receive support for the difficult journey of Alzheimer\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Cortez group meetings are from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the third Thursday at BeeHive Homes at the Cortez Homestead, 694 Cottonwood St., and from noon to 1:30 p.m. the first Friday at Vista Mesa Assisted Living, 1206 N. Mildred St.<\/p>\n<p>There is no cost to attend.
