The snowstorms are \u201cwiggles of energy\u201d that split from a storm expected to hit northern Colorado, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Snowfall accumulations in the San Juan Mountains from noon Saturday to Sunday evening are expected to total \u201cnot even an inch,\u201d Renwick said. A Monday storm could drop 2 to 4 inches of snow above 8,000 feet, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Temperatures are expected to peak around freezing throughout the weekend with single-digit lows on Saturday and Sunday, he said.<\/p>\n<p>As of Thursday, snowpack in the San Juan Mountains totaled 116% of normal.
