Sheriff\u2019s Office is filming with \u2018Live PD\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><figure class=\"wp-block-image naviga-inline-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imengine.public.prod.dur.navigacloud.com\/?uuid=b4ac6967-dd55-44b8-af4f-5b815cd979b9&amp;function=cover&amp;type=preview&amp;source=false&amp;width=2000\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1186\" alt=\"The San Juan County Sheriff\u2019s Office is filming with \u201cLive PD: Wanted,\u201d a new show being produced by the A&amp;E Network.\" class=\"naviga-image\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption><span class=\"caption\">The San Juan County Sheriff\u2019s Office is filming with \u201cLive PD: Wanted,\u201d a new show being produced by the A&amp;E Network.<\/span><span class=\"credit\">Courtesy of A&amp;E Network<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>AZTEC \u2013 The San Juan County Sheriff\u2019s Office will be one of the rotating law enforcement departments featured in A&amp;E Network\u2019s newest reality show, \u201c<\/p>\n<p>The agency began filming last week for the show\u2019s 12-week first season, premiering at 10 p.m. Thursday, said Jayme Harcrow, spokesperson for the Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an opportunity to highlight our agency and the work we do,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The original program, \u201cLive PD,\u201d airs on a 20-second to 20-minute delay and focuses on regular patrols, but the new spin-off will be pre-recorded and follow police departments around the nation as they track down fugitives and execute outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n<p>San Juan County has roughly 16,000 active warrants, including over 1,000 felony warrants, according to the department.
