The proposed changes would raise the entrance fee to $6 year-round. The change is expected to raise an additional $41,000 per year, the BLM office said, and all of it would be retained and used by the monument.<\/p>\n<p>The draft business plan is online at <a href=\"go.usa.gov\/xpDrr\">go.usa.gov\/xpDrr<\/a> or as hard copy at the Visitor Center and Museum. Comments must be submitted by Nov. 29.
