He built a bariatric program in which he has a part-time practice. He completed his residency at the University of South Carolina, Greenville, and graduated medical school from the University of Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Lewis also has volunteered with Doctors without Borders in the Dominican Republic, Zambia, Afghanistan, Nigeria and South Sudan.<\/p>\n<p>He is returning to Colorado after moving to Florida to help his parents.
