The man was arrested and taken to the Montezuma County Jail for third-degree assault and domestic violence.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_day\">Thursday, Feb. 6<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">10:12 p.m.<\/em> A deputy assisted the Montezuma County Sheriff\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Office on a traffic contact at County Road 39 and U.S. Highway 160.
