No customers were inside. And calls to the restaurant kept ringing.<\/p>\n<p>An employee on scene, who declined to be identified, said the restaurant would be open for dinner. He referred all questions to the owners.<\/p>\n<p>Ken &amp; Sue\u2019s has been a mainstay in Durango for more than 20 years. Earlier this year, the Fuscos announced they planned to retire and put the business up for sale for $575,000.<\/p>\n<p>According to the advertisement for the restaurant\u2019s sale, Ken &amp; Sue\u2019s has a gross revenue of $2.5 million. The selling agent for the business said Wednesday it has not yet sold.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_shirttail\"><a href=\"mailto:jromeo@durangoherald.com\">jromeo@durangoherald.com<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_shirttail\">An earlier version of this story included an incorrect secondary headline.
