Ivan Alvarado with State Patrol. He did not have any further identifying or health status updates Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>A 43-year-old man and 27-year-old woman were in the other vehicle, a 2008 Toyota SUV with a California license plate. They were not transported for further medical care.<\/p>\n<p>Colorado State Patrol briefly closed both lanes of the highway Saturday afternoon before reopening traffic flow through one lane of the two lane road, Alvarado said.<\/p>\n<p>Colorado State Patrol received reports of the accident at milepost 10 south of Durango at 3:55 p.m. Saturday.
